Education is the key to accelerating the transition towards a sustainable future. El Manzano is developing a national and regional team of highly competent teachers and facilitators, curriculum, courses and educational material.  Our courses are focused on two core aspects of transition culture; Ecoliteracy - understanding natures patterns and Regenerative Design - the application of design principles for creating resilient systems.

These courses are weekend workshops focused on developing practical skills for meeting your own needs from as close to home as possible. We cover the core theory and principles of designing specific systems and then get our hands dirty developing as many practical skills as possible.
